Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using G1t ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use G1t. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or let others access it.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on G1t (projects, comments, messages, code). By posting, you grant G1t a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Virtual Currency (Commits)

Commits are a virtual currency within G1t used for in-platform features (signals, launches, etc.). Commits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify the Commits economy at any time.

6. Launch / IPO System

The launch system is a gamified feature for project endorsement using Commits. It is not a real investment or securities offering. No real money is at risk. Returns are paid in Commits, which have no cash value.

7. Collectible Cards & Merch

Redemption codes from merch unlock digital collectible cards. Cards provide in-platform benefits only. We do not guarantee the availability or value of any cards or codes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access others' accounts without permission
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Automated scraping or bot usage without authorization
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Impersonating other users or G1t staff

9. Intellectual Property

G1t's name, logo, mascot, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

G1t is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Platform will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G1t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
